Booking Policy

Introduction

Trinity Drift Co is committed to providing you with an exceptional experience while maintaining clear and fair booking policies. Please review the following terms carefully before making your reservation. These policies help us operate efficiently and ensure the best possible experience for all our guests. 

Booking Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and confirmation email. Please review your booking details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

Cancellation Policy

  • 48+ hours notice: Full refund of your booking fee

  • 24–48 hours' notice: 50% refund of your booking fee

  • Less than 24 hours' notice: No refund available

 

All refunds are processed within 5 business days and will be returned to your original payment method.

Reschedule Policy

  • One free reschedule permitted with 48+ hours' notice

  • Must select a new date within the same operating season

  • Additional changes: Subsequent reschedules may be subject to availability and fees

Weather

  • Rainchecks issued for severe weather or unsafe water conditions

  • We'll contact you if conditions require trip cancellation

  • Your booking will be moved to another available date at no charge

 

Weather conditions that may require cancellation include thunderstorms, high winds, flooding, or hazardous water levels.

Age Requirement

All participants must be 18 years or older. We do not rent to minors.

No-Shows

Failure to arrive within 15 minutes of departure time will be considered a no-show with no refund.

Equipment Policy

Guests are responsible for any damaged or lost equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Health & Safety

Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their ability to safely participate.
